Weight Loss Menus

Ah ha! Flavor! If you are like your coach, you're living life to the fullest and love good, satisfying recipes. However, at the moment, you most probably still think that getting thinner rhymes with suffering. Those days are over! You have come to the right place to lose weight with pleasure, with our healthy, tasty menus..

At the start of my program, I don't ask you what you like and don't like to eat. Why? Based on my experience, this is the best approach to discover new tastes, to tantalize your taste-buds, and to start cooking in a new way.

Members who have reached their goal weight, tell me how they have discovered great recipes like our homemade hummus (which takes 2 min to prepare), cumin chicken, and ice cream custard. All these dishes are simple to make, and will not cost you extra time in the kitchen, because your family can eat exactly like you.

No boiled fish or tasteless vegetables here. If you want rich, flavorful dishes, you will find them in this program.
If you have any food intolerances, allergies, foods which you do not like, or other issues, don't worry, because during our personal exchanges via your coach questions, I will guide you towards food substitutions so that this program becomes 100% yours.

All our recipes are original, created by our team, and assisted by our in-house Chef. That is to say, we are helping you watch your waistline!
