Weight Loss Menus
At the start of my program, I don't ask you what you like and don't like to eat. Why? Based on my experience, this is the best approach to discover new tastes, to tantalize your taste-buds, and to start cooking in a new way. Members who have reached their goal weight, tell me how they have discovered great recipes like our homemade hummus (which takes 2 min to prepare), cumin chicken, and ice cream custard. All these dishes are simple to make, and will not cost you extra time in the kitchen, because your family can eat exactly like you.
No boiled fish or tasteless vegetables here. If you want rich, flavorful dishes, you will find them in this program. All our recipes are original, created by our team, and assisted by our in-house Chef. That is to say, we are helping you watch your waistline!
