  1. Are your programmes personalised?

    Before launching my programme, I analysed everything out on the market, noted what was missing, and what clients whom I had coached were looking for.

    I quickly realised that the current available programmes lacked tools, creativity, and long-term results, often hidden behind a pseudo-personalization of their product. Instead of having the courage to tell you that there are certain health and fitness facts that everybody needs to know, they prefer to ask you questions like "what you like to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner", so that in the end, yes, you feel that the programme has been personalised for you, but you haven't actually learned anything new.

    On the other hand, LeBootCamp addresses 3 functions simultaneously: nutrition, exercise, and motivation. There are basic, timeless facts surrounding these 3 elements, and I will share all of them with you.

    I will also share with you hundreds of tips and tricks which you can integrate into your daily life. Rather than using powerful online software to personalize all of the above, I prefer to use LIVE COMMUNICATION. You can ask me questions and I will answer, assisted by my team of nutritionists, dietitians, athletes, doctors, and coaches. It is this question and answer exchange which enables you to adapt my programme to your life, so that after only a few weeks together, my programme will truly become YOURS.

  2. What is a coaching programme?

    The purpose of coaching is to assist a person for a designated period of time, in developing his/her potential in order to achieve a specific goal: lose weight, organise your life, obtain better professional results, find love, etc.

    A coaching programme is a method conceived by a coach, which integrates all the necessary stages in the journey to achieving a precise goal. In reality, coaching often enables people to succeed beyond their actual beliefs.

    The principle of coaching is to expand a person's limits (leave your comfort zone), with the aim of achieving a change in behaviour.

    In our coaching programmes, you will learn how to integrate small behavioural changes into your daily life, and these daily achievements will ultimately lead to, and create, your final success.

  3. How long do the coaching programmes last?

    The coaching programmes are based on the principle of unlimited subscription. This means you can follow the programme for as long as you wish.

    The first month is the most difficult, and is also the period in which you establish good habits and routines. Indeed, it takes about 3-4 weeks of daily practice for our bodies and minds to become accustomed to a new behaviour.

    After one month of following a consistent routine, you will have completely assimilated these new behaviours and exercises.

    Moreover, these habits will stick for life, and as you continue the programme with us you will be continuously learning new tips and tricks.

  4. How do the programmes work?

    It's simple. To help you achieve your goal, you will receive advice, tips, and instructions by e-mail and video, every day.

    As a subscriber, you will have access to a series of tools which have been developed to facilitate the functioning of the programme.

    You will learn a variety of new, simple exercises which you can follow easily, and you will achieve results almost immediately. You will be able to follow your progress day by day, by filling in your personal blog. You can also re-start the coaching programme as many times as you wish during the year, since your messages, weight-loss curve, blog, recipes, and tips and tricks are stored in your online account.

  8. How do you select your coaches?

    Our leading company, MyPrivateCoach.com, receives more than 2,300 requests a year from coaches who wish to receive our certification and be listed on our site. On average, we accept only 3% of the applicants.

    Our criteria for selection is based on the following elements: relevance of experience, former certifications, fluency of foreign languages, interviews, references, etc.

  9. How much does a coaching programme cost?

    A full coaching programme, including all coaching tools, daily videos and a personalised follow-up session with your coach, costs about $7 per week.

    Your Private Space enables you to use all the tools necessary to achieve your goal:

    . Daily emails which you receive from your coach every day.
    . A variety of tools: interactive weight-loss curve, recipes, exercise cards, forums, etc....
    . And even free invitations to send to your friends and family.

  11. Will I have fun during the programme?

    YES! Ask our subscribers (or “bootcampers” as I call them) how they are enjoying the programme! They love it!   12. Should I consult a doctor before subscribing to your weight loss programme?

    Our coaching programmes provide general information and do not offer individual advice or medical diagnoses.

    For this reason, whether your interest is in weight loss, career, or life coaching, never hesitate to get an opinion from an expert before subscribing. This can include a family member, your doctor, work colleagues, etc.

    In addition, our weight loss programme explicitly states not to consider any information provided in place of a medical opinion.     Yes! New studies are constantly launched, which I and my team follow closely, and we will always share the results of these studies with you within the framework of the programme: via newsletters, or by republishing certain parts of the programme.

    Moreover, the photographs, videos, illustrations, and tips and tricks are constantly changing in order to maintain a sense of freshness and excitement towards our goal: losing weight with pleasure!

  14. Which tools will I have access to?

    I have designed this programme with many interactive tools, so that your journey is an enjoyable, and successful one! Daily emails, new updates, daily videos, tips and tricks, an interactive weight loss curve, forums, and most of all, online communication with me, your coach.

    You can ask me questions and I will answer you, assisted by my professional, trained team.

    Plus, in your Private Space, you have your very own blog where you can note down everything you eat and drink, the exercise you do, and how you feel.

  15. What level of interaction can I expect with my coach?

    Your coach is there at any moment to answer your questions. You can write to your coach via your personal account. Depending on the complexity of your question, an answer will be sent to you in less than 24 hours, and at the maximum, 48 hours, when certain scientific research must be carried out.

  16. I have not received my coaching programme emails – what should I do?

    The reason you are not receiving your emails is most likely related to an anti-spam device on your computer, e-mail service, or Internet provider.

    To fix this problem, simply add weightloss@lebootcamp.com to your address book or add "lebootcamp.com" to your authorised list.

    If you use a service that redirects your emails, make sure to include mycoach@lebootcamp.com in your whitelist, as well as modify your SPAM filter settings so that all our messages are categorised as "authorised".

    If you use Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail, check your Spam or Junk folder. If you do see our email there, mark it as “not spam”. This should fix the problem and you will receive the following daily programme emails directly to your inbox.

    In any case, should your daily emails not arrive immediately to your personal email inbox, note that they are all stored in your personal online LeBootCamp account.

  18. A blog is an online diary where you can summarise your day, keep a log of what you've eaten and what exercise you've done. This tool helps you stay focused, while becoming aware of what you put into your body, and how you stay in shape. Your blog is one of the highlights of this online coaching programme.
