In these cases LeBootCamp will remove all reference to the username on the site but the written information will remain.

The services of Speron Inc are available only after payment by the user. Several online payment methods are available, and the user must accept the billing conditions before confirming the purchase of a service. Speron Inc reserves the right, without communicating the reason to its users, to modify the price of its services at any time. At the conclusion of a paid programme, you will have the option of renewing your subscription in order to be able to continue to benefit from the services related to the programme. You are not at all obliged to extend your subscription. If you choose not to extend your subscription, you will no longer have access to your Private Space, which is reserved for customers only. At any time, members can request to restart the programme from the beginning, to suspend the programme for a few days, and even to advance in the programme for a period of up to 5 days. Customers can make these requests via the “My Questions” section. Important: what matters in the programme is the number of days during which a member can access his/her Private Space (since the date of subscription), and not the number of days that the client actually followed (ie. If a member chooses not to read the daily email or follow the programme this is solely his/her responsibility). All these solutions offer the best conditions of safety and confidentiality. Speron Inc reserves the right, without communicating the reason to its users, to remove, definitively or temporarily, to suspend or modify, one or more of the available payment methods at any time, in order to improve quality of its services.

Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Right to a Refund

In accordance with the legal provisions, you have a period of 7 days following your online purchase, in which you can request to cancel your order. This request will have to be sent to our online customer support team, by filling in the electronic form and by indicating your order number to us. Beyond this 7-day period, the customer can only request a refund provided that the customer shows proof of faulty products or programmes purchased on our site. Please include your order number.

Engagements of the user

The user commits himself not to resell or use the services of Speron Inc for commercial purposes. The user commits himself not to use the sites and services of Speron Inc at illegal ends, in particular, not to transmit messages contrary to the law and morality, not to transmit defamatory remarks or elements regarding private and personal information of a second or third party, and not to transmit information which could harm the rights of Speron Inc and other users in any way.

Compensation

The user commits himself to compensate Speron Inc, its representatives, employees, and partners, should he/she cause any damage, including but not limited to, any complaint or request to be sent from a third party, the diffusion or transmission of content from any of the websites of Speron Inc, and the violation of these conditions of use or the rights of others.

Right of Intellectual Property Ownership
