Daily emails keep you on track and are the key to your weight loss progress.
Make contact with your coach every day. The concept has been patented and proven reliable: only permanent contact makes it possible to stay on the path to success and get your dream body.

In your daily LeBootCamp email, you will receive:

- a motivational message that will boost your energy!
- a video or voice recording to help you start your day off on the right foot
- an exercise tip to help you to add more movement into your already packed schedule (without sweating for 2 hours a day at the gym)
- a nutritional tip, easy to apply, and which will gradually change the way you eat
- a bonus: the latest tip, a celebrity secret, the results of a new study, or a MetaBoost Workout
- the recipe of the day

In addition, every week you receive:

- a menu plan. I do not suggest that you follow the menus to the letter. For two reasons: firstly, we all live very different lives and I don't believe that there is a meal plan that every single person can follow 100%. And second, I prefer to give you suggestions that you can adapt to your lifestyle and tastes (thanks to our exchange via the coach questions).
- succulent recipes created by our in-house chef; perfect for the whole family!
