- You have blogged program activity for 30 consecutive days, which includes documenting weight, meals, and exercise on a daily basis.
- You have followed the suggested menus and fitness routines at least 4 days per week (must be documented in personal blog).
- You have utilized LeBootCamp's 24/7 support service to report difficulty following the program and have submitted at least 2 questions/week to a coach during the 30-day program duration.
- You have requested a refund within a maximum period of 10 days from the program's end.
