I followed the program to the T as much as possible! I got back into physical exercise, I gave up sweet drinks and stuck to water. LeBootCamp is called the “gourmet diet”, so I totally got to indulge, since nothing is really forbidden. Did I cheat? Sure I did (who doesn’t?), but that was always easily fixed with a little more exercise the next day. Week after week I saw my weight come down. This gave me the motivation I needed to keep going with the program. I’ve gone from a tight US size 16 to a loose US size 10!
